Question : What is the Z score of a 98% confidence interval?

Answer : Let’s assume this is a two-sided 98% large sample confidence interval. The 98% refers to the confidence level and the z-score of this can be looked-up using the Percentile to Z-score calculator which provides a z-score of 2.33.
