Question : how to calculate one sided 95% confidence limits for a proportion.could you provide a formula

Answer :

There are multiple ways of calculating a confidence interval around a proportion. The one formula I advocate for many applications is the Adjusted Wald Confidence interval. You can see how to calculate it on the confidence interval around a proportion page as well as see when to consider other formulae. To generate a one-sided interval, you use the one sided critical value for 95% which is 1.65 instead of the 1.96.
